Senior Tech Lead overseeing multiple Web3 projects

Our Client is a Web3 product studio that builds decentralized applications, infrastructure, and protocols for the Ethereum ecosystem and beyond. Since 2022, their team has helped DAOs, startups, and enterprises scale with impact—offering end-to-end services from discovery to delivery. They're deeply involved in the blockchain community, value speed and transparency, and specialize in creating real-world solutions that drive performance, growth, and innovation.

The Challenge:

As Technical Lead you will lead the technical execution of four or more Web3 projects, guiding them from discovery through delivery. You’ll act as the primary technical point of contact for both internal teams and clients, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business and user goals.

You’ll participate in product discovery and definition, take full ownership of delivery, enforce documentation standards, monitor estimations vs. actuals, and foster speed and proactivity in the development team. Your leadership will extend to technical interviews, architecture discussions, and retrospectives.

Technical Skills (Required)

• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role

• Proven track record in Web3 development, especially in Ethereum and EVM-compatible ecosystems

• Strong proficiency in Solidity, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern software architectures

• Skilled in project estimation, delivery tracking, and maintaining technical documentation

• Experience with client-facing roles and managing multiple concurrent projects
