Your Mission
As HR Operations Manager, you will take ownership of essential HR activities across the employee lifecycle and act as a key enabler of the company’s people strategy. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working across HR systems, processes, compliance, and data with precision and accountability.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage and streamline HR processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, transitions, offboarding, and everything in between
Maintain and enhance the HR systems (HRIS and ATS), ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with compliance standards including GDPR
Draft employment documents including contracts, amendments, and exit paperwork
Support international mobility, including visa coordination and relocation logistics
Liaise with payroll teams by ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions
Lead data reporting and HR analytics for leadership, helping create recurring insights and operational dashboards (e.g. holidays, payroll inputs)
Work closely with HR, Compliance, and Talent to resolve employee queries and contribute to ongoing process improvements
Collaborate on strategic people projects (such as engagement, training, recruitment) based on business priorities and your own drive
Take part in cross-functional projects — there’s room to grow based on your interests and initiative
What You Bring
A degree in a relevant field (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
3–5 years of experience in an HR or operational role within a high-growth, high-performance setting (e.g., tech, finance, consulting)
Alternatively, experience in a business/operations role and a strong desire to transition into HR
Strong command of Excel or similar tools for data handling
Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
High level of ownership: from strategic initiatives to operational execution
Empathy, clarity, and adaptability when communicating with colleagues of varied profiles (tech experts, business leaders, etc.)
A strategic mindset combined with an appreciation for operational detail
