Web3 Full-Stack Engineer – React, NextJS, NestJS (DeFi Experience Required)

We’re partnering with one of the most innovative players in the DeFi and Web3 infrastructure space. This team is actively building and optimizing decentralized exchanges (DEXs) across multiple EVM chains, using cutting-edge mechanics and redefining how liquidity is provisioned across the ecosystem.

Your Mission

You will join a fast-paced, remote-first product team focused on shipping high-quality, user-centric decentralized applications. From turning Figma designs into seamless interfaces, to building and scaling backend APIs and smart contract integrations, you’ll be hands-on across the full stack — and part of a 

collaborative, product-driven team.

Your Responsibilities

• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations using React and Next.js

• Build and improve APIs using NestJS, custom indexers, and MongoDB

• Integrate and optimize smart contract systems (EVM-based)

• Collaborate closely with product and community feedback loops

• Contribute to agile workflows to deliver, iterate, and improve rapidly

You Bring

Must-Have Technical Experience

• Proven experience in the DeFi space is required

• Hands-on experience delivering production dApps using at least two of: Next.js, NestJS, Solidity

• Strong understanding of web3 architecture and the ability to prioritize delivery and iteration

• Experience working autonomously in fast-moving environments, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

Soft Skills

• A product-first mindset, open to community feedback and continuous improvement

• A collaborative, communicative attitude with the ability to take and give constructive feedback

Bonus Points For

• Experience with AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude, Bolt, or v0

• Deep understanding of DeFi concepts such as AMMs, Liquidity Provisioning, and tokenomics

• A strong professional network in the Web3/DeFi space
