We’re hiring a Software Developer for a pioneering scale-up at the intersection of photonics and life sciences. Born out of world-class Dutch research, this company is transforming the way scientists and healthcare professionals conduct drug discovery and diagnostics—developing cutting-edge biosensing instruments powered by photonic integrated circuit technology.

What You’ll Do
As a Software Developer, you will:
Develop and support software solutions for high-precision biosensing instruments
Work with C++ and Qt to build robust, efficient applications
Integrate Matlab algorithms and components into the software
Test, debug, and optimize software performance
Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams (scientists, engineers, project managers)
Contribute to documentation and ensure quality and compliance standards are met
What We’re Looking For
A Bachelor’s (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience developing in C++ (Qt experience is a plus)
Familiarity with Matlab is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
