EDI / Middleware Interface Developer
Type of contract: Employee - full time, long term
Location: Göttingen Germany - Possibility of Remote
German language is mandatory

We’re currently looking for an EDI / Middleware Interface Developer based in Germany to join their digital team and help shape the logistics of tomorrow—connected, automated, and future-ready. This is a key role focused on ensuring smooth integration between systems, building and maintaining interfaces, and enabling seamless data flow across internal platforms and external partners.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Experience with EDI integrations and interface development in middleware tools (ideally Lobster_data or similar no-code/low-code platforms)
Solid understanding of communication protocols such as HTTP, AS2, SFTP, OFTP
Knowledge of data formats such as EDIFACT, XML, JSON, SAP IDoc
Basic experience with SQL
Previous exposure to SAP systems is a plus
Troubleshooting logs, monitoring data flows, and ensuring system stability
SOFT SKILLS:
Solution-oriented and self-driven mindset
Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative attitude
Strong communication skills to support both internal stakeholders and external partners
Enthusiastic about improving processes and contributing to digital transformation
Analytical and structured in handling technical challenges
